More of a liquid wax than an oil, Jojoba has a great affinity for absolutely all skin and hair types. It nourishes, regulates, enhances, protects from dehydration, and softens them. With a dry, pleasant, and stable feel, it’s considered the “ideal” oil in cosmetics and massages. In soap making, while it enhances the soap’s longevity, it’s “soft” and produces no lather, so it’s typically used only up to 10%.

HANDLING TIMES
From Monday to Friday, we aim to despatch all orders ordered before 12pm the same day but this can be delayed during busy periods. For urgent orders please select the 24 Hour option and we will guarantee to despatch your order within 24 hours on receipt of order. Orders despatched with the 24 Hour option on Friday will be delivered on Monday. If for any reason we cannot fulfil an order we will also aim to contact you to inform you of the reason for the delay within 24 hours.

DHL and Aramex collects packages from Monday to Friday and for orders placed on Friday will be processed the following Monday and those placed after 12pm (midday) on Friday will be shipped on Monday (excluding bank holidays).

    Simmondsia chinensis, more commonly known as "wild hazel" or jojoba, grows in the deserts of South America. It has roots that can reach more than 30 meters long, allowing it to capture moisture in desert soils and thus resist drought. Every year, the tree produces many oilseeds from which liquid jojoba wax is extracted.

    ITS COMPOSITION IS VERY DIFFERENT FROM THAT OF OTHER VEGETABLE OILS, BUT ITS PROPERTIES ARE NO LESS REMARKABLE.
    Close to human sebum, it has a remarkable affinity with skin and hair. Indeed, used in skin care, Jojoba oil is known to prevent dehydration and revitalize asphyxiated skin. Its dry texture and original composition allow it to strengthen the hydrolipidic film and regulate the sebum flow of oily skin. It is also used in hair products and rebalances oily hair and restores vitality to dry and brittle hair. In both cases, it brings them shine, flexibility and beauty.
