HOW TO USE

ON THE BODY
Take a little oil from the hollow of your hands, heat by rubbing your palms together and then apply just after showering, on clean and dry skin, in slow and deep circular motions. It is advisable to massage your body from bottom to top, in order to stimulate blood and lymphatic circulation. You can use this pure cosmetic product, mixed with your organic moisturizer or body milk, with or without essential oils.

It is also perfect in massage oil and allows you to dress quickly after its application!

ON THE FACE
- Apply a few drops on the face, and massage with fingertips in circular movements, from the chin to the forehead, emphasizing the T-zone.
- For the eye makeup removal, simply pass your eyelashes gently between the pulp of the fingers, from the base to the tip of the lashes. Rinse with clean water. For even more efficiency, you can use a water-soaked Konjac sponge and then spray with a soothing or re-balancing floral water to suit your needs.

ON HANDS
Pour a few drops into the hollow and on the top of your hands, then massage!

ON HAIR
After shampooing and drying, apply macadamia oil to the tips to moisturize them throughout the day. You can also make a mask just before shampooing, applying to the entire hair. Leave on for about 20 minutes and then wash your hair with your usual care. For a deep care, do not hesitate to make an oil bath once or twice a month. To do this, apply macadamia oil on dry hair from root to tip. Cover your head with a soft towel or silk scarf and leave overnight. The next morning, rinse thoroughly and wash your hair with a regenerating shampoo.

    FAQs

    Recommended for

    ON THE BODY
You will have understood, the benefits of macadamia oil for the skin are countless. This treatment is particularly recommended in case of fragile, unbalanced skin, prone to the famous «croco skin» and stretch marks.

    ON THE FACE
Macadamia oil can also be used as a substitute for your organic make-up remover. The texture of an oil allows to effectively clean even waterproof makeup, while respecting the fragility of the epidermis. Contrary to popular belief, a vegetable oil does not necessarily grease the skin. You just have to choose it according to your needs, and think about checking its comedogenicity index (rated from 0 to 5, this index allows you to know if this or that oil is likely to cause the appearance of comedones by clogging the pores). Macadamia oil has a 2/5 index. It is therefore considered to be not very comedogenic. Good news for combination to oily skin!

    ON HANDS
The hands are particularly vulnerable to external aggressions. Various manipulations throughout the day, regular washing with soap and/ or hydroalcoholic gel... They tend to quickly dry out and lose their sweetness. Macadamia oil helps restore their damaged hydrolipidic film.

    ON HAIR
Your hair is dry? Your hair lacks tone and looks sad? Macadamia oil is for you. For dry, fine, coloured hair damaged by the intensive use of heating devices, sea salt, chlorine or dyes, it is a real rejuvenation bath that will strengthen and rehydrate the hair fiber in depth, and preserve your color. And, miracle, it leaves no greasy finish!

    Benefits

    BENEFITS FOR SKIN AND HAIR

Macadamia oil is a dry oil obtained by pressing the nuts, which penetrates quickly into the skin and provides a dry touch and is non-comedogenic.

It is made up of more than 50% omega 9 and is known to have a moisturizing and nourishing action. Its richness in omega 7 (+20%) also gives it repairing and softening properties of fragile skin (cracks, redness, sunburn), but also anti-aging properties by participating in the prevention of the appearance of wrinkles and brown spots. It prevents stretch marks, soothes irritation and itching. Ideal for oily or fragile skin.

Macadamia oil treats acne, protects against climatic aggressions and serves as a natural sunscreen but with a 5 index that remains low.

Macadamia oil also treats and nourishes irritated or dry scalps. It also nourishes and moisturizes dry and brittle hair due to its beneficial action on the reconstitution of their fibers. It is also known for its protective action on the colouration.

In leg massage, it facilitates micro-circulation and allows to tone the lymphatic system, you can incorporate it into your body creams to relieve heavy legs.

    Details

Macadamia integrifolia, or Queensland walnut, is a slow-growing tree native to eastern Australia. The Australian aborigines who named the nuts "gyndl" or "jindilli" traded this nut, rich in protein, with the first white settlers of the East Autralienne coast who exported these nuts around the world. Today, macadamia is naturalized in many countries including Kenya, Hawaii and South Africa where it is grown for its nuts, sweet and oily, consumed raw or grilled, as well as for its good quality wood used in woodwork.

It is extracted by cold pressing, free of any trace of chemical products and unrefined: the fruits are pressed mechanically at room temperature, then the juice collected is filtered to obtain a pure oil, natural, having retained all its nutritional principles.

This vegetable oil is extremely rich in protein and fatty acids. It contains:

    - more than 50% omega 9 oleic acid: omega 9 oleic acid has protective and nourishing properties, ideal for keeping dry skin. It strengthens the skin’s hydrolipidic film, and helps maintain its flexibility and elasticity.

    - more than 20% omega 7 palmitoleic acid: anti-inflammatory and promotes healing, this mono-unsaturated fatty acid protects cell membranes and helps to maintain healthy skin. Close to human sebum, it easily penetrates the epidermis, moisturizes and strengthens without leaving a greasy film.

    - more than 10% palmitic acid and stearic acid: palmitic acid is a saturated fatty acid that constitutes an important component of the skin barrier and the so-called «acid» layer of the epidermis. With stearic acid, they provide the skin and hair with all the necessary hydration, thanks to their emollient and film-forming properties.

    - 3% alpha linolenic acid omega 3: this essential acid can not be synthesized by the body. It must therefore be consumed and applied to the epidermis. Its moisturizing and anti-inflammatory power brings flexibility to the skin while soothing skin irritations.

    - 1 to 3% of omega 6 linoleic acid: finally, omega 6 is involved in the production of cell membranes and allows the skin to preserve its elasticity, its hydration level, and fully ensure its protective barrier role.

Because it provides hydration and protection, prevents the first signs of aging and strengthens the skin’s hydrolipid film, macadamia oil is a must-have for your bathroom, for all healthy and natural beauty. It can be used on all skin types, whether dry, very dry, mixed, oily, atopic, and on young and mature skin!

Its fluid texture allows easy application, and its ability to penetrate the epidermis quickly makes it particularly pleasant to use. Do not hesitate to mix a few drops of essential oils with macadamia oil. They will then be perfectly assimilated by your skin, which will thus fully benefit from all their benefits.
