ORGANIC SHEA BUTTER
The organic shea butter that we offer is fair trade and it is of raw quality, produced by hand which gives it a wealth of preserved assets.

This organic shea butter is produced in several African countries by women whose mission is to promote natural beauty, but also to fight poverty on the African continent.

The harvest is sent to the production center where the nuts are washed and dried according to an ancestral traditional technique, before being crushed. A mill is used to produce a paste which is then pressed and filtered several times. We offer here a high quality organic shea butter, naturally stripped of its characteristic sour smell, and retaining the maximum of its assets, vitamins and virtues.

More than 3,000 women from around the world are gathered for the realization of this project and work to train other women from African villages, whether in terms of literacy, health or organic agriculture. They also provide them with the necessary material assistance and access to drinking water through well drilling. The sale of this shea butter provides a significant source of income for the women of the African villages where they are produced, which are therefore much better considered and heard in everyday life.

SHEA BUTTER FOR THE SKIN
As shea butter only penetrates slowly, it is ideal to be used as a nourishing body cream before bed, for the feeling of a deliciously soft skin in the morning.

SHEA BUTTER FOR HAIR
Apply a small pea of shea butter in lengths and ends, leave overnight and wash your hair in the morning.
Be careful with fine hair: the shea butter cure does not penetrate completely, so the treated strands can easily look greasy.

SHEA BUTTER FOR THE LIPS
Thanks to its firm consistency and pleasant nutty aroma, shea butter makes an excellent natural lip balm, pure or as a basic ingredient in a DIY recipe.

USE FOR HAIR

Applied on the tips before shampooing or as a care for dry hair, Shea butter protects the hair from external aggressions (heating devices, sun, cold, rain, pollution, chlorine, etc.), while giving it shine and vitality.
In addition to repairing brittle hair, it softens and moisturizes the scalp, thus fighting dandruff.

USE FOR HEALTH

After the sport
Anti-inflammatory and local analgesic, shea butter can relieve sore muscles, but also prevent discomfort related to sport such as strains, dislocations, sprains or aches.
It is sufficient to perform a hot massage on the area under stress with a nugget of vegetable butter, until penetration of the product.

Protect yourself from the sun
Be careful, shea butter is not a sunscreen! It should not be used alone when you expose yourself. However, applied before sunscreen, it can strengthen the action of the latter and therefore protect you more.
Used daily, it also helps prevent sunburn, sun allergies, burning sensations and brown spots in the long term.

If for any reason we cannot fulfil an order we will also aim to contact you to inform you of the reason for the delay within 24 hours.

DHL and Aramex collects packages from Monday to Friday and for orders placed on Friday will be processed the following Monday and those placed after 12pm (midday) on Friday will be shipped on Monday (excluding bank holidays).
