How to use

Diffusion (Aromatherapy)

Add 6–8 drops to your ultrasonic diffuser. Diffuse for 30–60 minutes. Perfect for mood uplift, energy, focus, and air purification.

Inhalation (Steam)

Add 3 drops to a bowl of hot water. Lean over the bowl, cover your head with a towel, and breathe deeply for 5–10 minutes. Ideal for congestion, respiratory support, and mood uplift.

Topical Application (Skin)

Always dilute. Mix 5–6 drops of essential oil with 10ml (1 tablespoon) of carrier oil such as sweet almond, jojoba, or fractionated coconut oil.

Apply to chest, neck, shoulders, abdomen, or face (diluted).

⚠️ Photosensitivity warning: Do not apply before sun exposure. Use in the evening only. Avoid UV for 12 hours.

Massage
