Shipping policy

Handling Time

  • Orders placed from Monday to Friday before 12:00 PM (UAE/UK time) are processed and shipped the same day.

  • For urgent orders, please select the Express / 24h option, and we guarantee shipment within 24 hours after receiving the order.

  • Express orders placed on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

Shipping Methods

  1. UAE (Local Delivery)

    • Estimated delivery time: 1–2 business days

    • Shipping fee: Calculated at checkout

  2. GCC – SMSA Express®

    • Countries: Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, UAE

    • Estimated delivery time: 2–4 business days

    • Shipping fee: Calculated based on weight and destination at checkout

  3. International – FedEx®

    • Countries: Australia, Belgium, Canada, Egypt, France, Germany, India, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Monaco, Morocco, Netherlands, Pakistan, Poland, Russia, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, UK, USA

    • Services: FedEx International Economy® / FedEx International Priority®

    • Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days

    • Shipping fee: Calculated based on weight and destination at checkout

Taxes & Duties

  • For UAE & UK orders, VAT and duties are covered by our couriers, with no additional costs for customers.

  • For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

Non-Delivery & Returns

  • If the courier attempts delivery and leaves a notice, please contact them directly with the details provided.

  • Lost or damaged orders will be replaced in accordance with the courier’s timelines and claims policies.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer may incur a re-delivery fee plus a 20% administration charge.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
